Aavili ("Aavili", "we", "us"), operated by Averixforge, is a women's health and wellness app. We know your cycle, mood and health information is deeply personal. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the control you have. By using Aavili you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect
Account information
- Email address and/or phone number — used to create your account and send one-time login codes (OTP).
- Sign-in identifiers if you use Google or Apple sign-in (your name and email as provided by that service).
Profile & health information you provide
- Name (optional), age/date range, wellness goals, and health conditions you choose to add (e.g. PCOS).
- Cycle & health data — period dates, cycle length, symptoms, moods, and daily wellness logs you enter.
- Messages you send to the in-app AI companion, Ask Aavili.
Technical & usage information
- Basic device and app information (app version, device type, language) and in-app activity used to keep the app working and improve it.
We do not require access to your contacts, precise location, photos or microphone to use core features.
2. How we use your information
- Provide the service — cycle predictions, insights, reminders and a personalised daily plan.
- Power Ask Aavili to answer your wellness questions.
- Secure your account (one-time login codes, fraud/abuse prevention, rate limiting).
- Improve reliability and features. We do not use your identifiable health data to sell you third-party products.
3. Consent
We process your personal and health data based on the consent you give when you create an account and enter information. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your data or your account (see below). We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable law.
4. How we store & protect your data
- Your account and cycle data are stored on secure servers hosted on Amazon Web Services in India (Mumbai region), protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.
- Certain sensitive preferences are stored securely on your device. You can add a PIN lock for extra privacy.
- We restrict access to your data to what is needed to operate the service.
5. Sharing & third parties
We never sell your personal or health data. We share limited data only with trusted service providers who help us run Aavili, and only as needed:
- Amazon Web Services — secure cloud hosting and email delivery of your login codes.
- Google / Apple — only if you choose to sign in with them, to verify your identity.
- Partner & Family mode — if you opt in, a person you invite sees only your cycle status (e.g. phase), never your symptoms, notes or chats. You can revoke access anytime.
- Legal — if required by law or to protect safety and rights.
6. Your rights & choices
- Access & export — export your data from within the app (Privacy & Security settings).
- Correct — edit your profile and logs anytime.
- Delete — delete individual data or your entire account and data.
- Withdraw consent — stop using and delete your account.
7. Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In the app: Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete account & data.
- By email: write to support@aaveli.com from your registered address and we will delete your data within 30 days.

8. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal and health data from our active systems, and from backups within a limited period, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.
9. Children
Aavili is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are below the age of majority in your country (for example, under 18 in India), you should use Aavili only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, please contact us at support@aaveli.com and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Aavili evolves. We'll post the new version here and update the date above; significant changes will be notified in-app.
